GPO Feeding

This clip is from the first ever recording DCS Films has done. The original footage was lost so I dubbed this clip from a VHS tape.

We did a dive under the Tacoma Narrows Bridge several years ago, along with Randy Williams, and upon starting our deco we ran across what not many people get to see in the water out in the open. It was a Giant Pacific Octopus weighing probably around 45 pounds. What was even more shocking was what it was eating. Watch as Carl is trying to get it out in the open so we can get a clear shot for the video, and how he jumps back when he sees what it was on top of. As always, our friend Scott livened up the mood a bit by speaking through his regulator.
